Equipment
There is a free WiFi and a cable connection available for all the guests. The apartment is newly-reconstructed and fully-equipped with a furniture, satellite television and kitchen units, all house appliance included (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, capacious fridge-freezer, induction cooker, electric kettle, all dishes needed, etc.) There is a roomy bathroom with a shower enclosure. All bedlinen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is non-smoking.
KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge, induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, pots and other necessary dishes, dining counter with 2 chairs.
LIVING AREA: sitting area with comfortable pull out sofa bed (120 cm x 195 cm = 47 in × 77 in), conference table and TV wall unit with flat LCD satellite TV.
BEDROOM: large and comfortable King size bed (180 cm × 200 cm = 71 in × 79 in), bed linen, nightstand, working corner with office chair and UTP socket with free internet connection, spacious wardrobe.
BATHROOM: new modern with a shower enclosure and a lavatory, washing machine, towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Hairdryer freely on request.
CORRIDOR: wall coat rack with mirror.

- Please treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own home.
- We would highly appreciate if you could respect neighbours and quietness at common spaces in the house, especially between 22:00 and 6:00.
- No parties are allowed.
- The apartment is non smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please do not leave windows open when leaving the flat.
- Please always lock the apartment and house doors when you enter or leave.
- If something is broken or stops working please inform us.

Brand new an comfortable flat just in central Prague. Moreover Tea were very reactive and diligent (we booked at the very last minute). And she speaks so many languages! I think we could hardly find a better quality accommodation in Prague. Don’t hesitate!
Tea was very friendly and welcoming and the green apartment was an ideal base for exploring the city. I didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it was great to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure and the wi-fi was fast and easy to use. I’d happily recommend staying here!
Lovely apartment located a short distance walk away from everything that you could possibly want to see in Prague! Good facilities. The shower has a good water pressure! We enjoyed staying here for two nights. Tea was a great host, quick to respond. She met us at the apartment and showed us on a map where some of the major attractions are. Thanks Tea!
